Auf Wiedersehn, Arch-Nemesis!

So, my arch-nemesis is no longer in my social circles. And I won’t say why because then you might figure out who she is. And then I wouldn’t be able to say things like “I’m glad she’s no longer in my life.” But it’s funny, the actress Amanda Peet playing her role in “Syriana” reminded both Jonathan and I of her.

[Note: Wait a second, some of my loyal readers might surmise that my arch-nemesis was Heidi since she recently moved away. We write each other at least 59 emails daily and I’m headed up to see her again in a couple of weeks. So, she’s definitely still in my social circles. And besides, I like her. I hope you would’ve figured that out when I mentioned I was in her wedding.]

However, there is another arch-nemesis still lurking around in my more extended social circles. Who drives me batty for similar reasons. And we’re invited to her house for a social engagement soon. Jonathan thinks this is worth getting a babysitter for several hours.

Ugh.
