Tricycle riding

Up till now Silas has been riding the little pink car that we salvaged from the trash years ago (and that Jonah immediately hopped onto and mastered before he could even walk).  He has finally figured it out enough to keep a good pace and can easily ride it all the way around the block.

He has tried the push bike a couple times, but can't quite figure out the sit-and-coast thing yet.  He likes to to get a free ride from Jonah on the tricycle:

(Jonah still prefers his push bike or the tricycle to a regular bike any day.)

Last week he attempted the tricycle on his own for the first time and figured it out pretty quickly.  Especially the going backwards part.  His legs just aren't long enough yet to be able to push the pedals hard enough to get much momentum.
