My own personal Etsy Treasury:  Peppermint!

Etsy has this fun feature called a Treasury that allows you to create your own mini-gallery of 12 Etsy items.  You can choose a group of items based on color, medium, ingredient, things start with "P" or whatever you want.  Some treauries are chosen by the Etsy-Powers-That-Be to be displayed on their front page, which is great exposure for all the chosen items/shops.

Brilliant, huh?

The ridiculous thing is that for some reason, only a limited number of treasuries can be stored at any one time (something like 300).  And then each one is only stored for 48 hours before being deleted to make space for new treasuries.  So if you want to create a Treasury, you have to sit around waiting for a slot to open up.  What the heck?  Who has time for this?  Clearly no one with children under the age of five.  (Note:  I just read that soon many more treasuries can be stored.)

So instead, I'm creating my own version posted here.... presenting A Treasury of Peppermint:

above:  Peppermint Leaves tea from Good 4 You (love the label!)

below: vintage lucite peppermint earrings from Loley's & Co.

above:  "Christmas Cupcakes" print from Goody Goody Gumdrops

And finally, my Peppermint Foot Gunk - an exfoliating foot scrub from SugarChills
