Oh peach! Oh salsa!

An abundance of summer peaches and tomatoes? A bit of cilantro and onion? Fresh lemon juice, a drizzle of honey and olive oil, and a splash of vinegar?

You’ve got the ingredients for peach salsa!  Mix it all together and wait a few hours (if you can)…. delicious!

Thanks for the great recipe idea & comment on my blog. Living in GA gives us lots of peaches in the summer & we have an overflow of tomatoes from our garden. Looks yum.
