My favorite recent handmade acquisitions, part 3

The last installment of handmade treats for 2009! Here are more of my favorites - from purchasing, trading, or samplers....

above:  LiPeony created an alien stamp, inked it on a card, added a square of kraft paper and bit of embroidery thread, and a little yellow bird for good measure to create SUCH a cute card!  (the red deer card in the background I received in a sampler and for the life of me cannot remember who made it - will have to search when I get back home)

below: an adorable trio of tiny woodland gnomes with felt capes and acorn hats from Katey Bree Designs

above:  a terribly angry 3" amigurumi from SquidHead - he perches on my desk - I think he's the octopus version of Silas as he is angry AND cute at the same time

below:  a fabric bird pin with bead accents from an-Etsy-shop-that-I-cannot-find-to-save-my-life  AND  a carousel tile pendant from Pretty Whimsical (this photo doesn't do the colors justice - it's really cool!)

above:  a charming felted heart brooch by Mireilles and a wire keychain by Unkamen Gifts that I have put on one of the outer pockets of my aforementioned handmade purse to quickly distinguish which one holds the KEYS!
