Homemade chocolate marshmallows with hot chocolate... and did I mention chocolate?

When he travels to Colombia, Jonathan brings me back a type of hot chocolate - with hints of cinnamon and cloves - that comes in bar form.  I break off a piece, put it in the blender, pour hot milk on top, add a spoonful of hot cocoa powder, whirl away, and out comes a tasty hot chocolate with a bit of froth on top.

And recently I happened to have homemade chococolate marshmallows from First Fruits & Flynn Orchards (below) - so I put one on top.

But the marshmallow was so deliciously dense and full of chocolate that it sank right to the bottom... making the last few drops the best part!
