GiveAway: Sugar Chill sampler August

Welcome to Sugar Chill - - a monthly GiveAway of all things Art, Design, and Craft-like! On the 11th of each month I publish a post describing each of the contributions – and two people have the opportunity to get it!

And now for the August edition! Our first featured contributor is Ana Porres of Ana’s Jewelry Designs. You can see her colorful jewelry creations in my showcase of Miami handmade items and also at her Etsy shop! Each sampler will include one beautiful pair of earrings as seen below:

  Our second featured contributor is Jennifer Pinsent of All Things Jenuine (read her interview). In her Toronto studio, Jennifer uses quilled paper to create beautiful greeting cards, jewelry, and invitations. Each sampler will contain two of her cute cards – one birthday and one for anyone you adore!

      

Next we have issue 4 of Mix Tape zine out of Melbourne, Australia - - each issue is a collusion of craft, eco-cool and pop culture kitsch! (Read my issue 5 review to see what kind of interesting and enlightening things you'll find in each issue!)

Also, a Mother Goose pop-up book by paper engineer Robert Sabuda. His quirky take on the classic rhymes and clever paper sculptures means this book is just as entertaining for adults as children.

And a copy of Home Miami’s September issue, covering the South Florida urban environment – particularly architecture and design. Includes: highlights of “Bittersweet Decade: the New Deal in America” exhibit currently displayed at FIU, photos of L.A. architect John Lautner’s creations – including my favorite: Chemosphere, reviews of several Miami Design District eateries (I love Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink), and the ads! The ads alone are worth slowly perusing over coffee.

Plus, just for kicks, each sampler will have a 1 oz bottle of Burt’s Bees’ Grapefruit & Sugar Beet conditioner… for a total retail value of $68!
