Exercise Log, Part 1
November 2008: in best shape since high school - regularly skating, swimming, spinning, and elliptical-machine-ing, with the occasional ab workout
December 2008 – December 2009: nothing (during June and July could not even walk two blocks)
January 2010: a few brisk walks, a 3 minute elliptical workout on level one (nearly collapsed), a 1.5 mile skate
February 2010: a few more brisk walks, a 3 mile skate pushing Jonah and Benjamin in stroller (pant, pant, pant), a 15 minute elliptical workout on level one (I got caught up watching “18 Kids & Counting” – commentary coming tomorrow - and didn’t realize I couldn’t feel my legs anymore), played tag with Jonah and Benjamin on a basketball court while dribbling a ball (that lasted four minutes)
So... I really want to start skating again before it gets too hot, but...Silas. It’s dark by the time Jonathan gets home to watch him.
Hmmm, triple jog stroller?
