ATC Miami, Part 2
The above-mentioned stamp was actually a clothesline with Santa’s hat, coat, etc. so I stamped it onto my ATC and drew trees on either side to hold it up. Halfway through the second tree one of the women announced to the group, “Look! She didn’t have a tree stamp so. she. just. drew. it !!” Lots of oooohs. Lots of ahhhhhs.
All of which struck me as majorly funny and I had to suppress my amusement after a minute because they were starting to realize I was not laughing with them....
Not really. They were very sweet. The time flew and I still didn’t have a cell phone so by the time I realized I was suddenly way tired and called Jonathan to let him know I was coming home, he was full of rage, assuming I had been attacked by a pack of wild animals and left for dead in South Miami.
Below are all but one of the ATCs I created during the 3 ½ hours:

One of the women haded out a few felt gingerbread men to people at the beginning - other people made cute little Christmas scenes with ginger-couples frolicking in the snow and such. I called this one "Decapitated GingerFolk:"

And here are some created by the other women that night:

And here are three I chose out of the trading book (you can leave ATCs you are willing to trade in a binder, then other can take one and leave you one of theirs). I don’t know how many of mine will picked up as they are neither “cuuuute” nor involve stamps. In fact, the only comment on my previously created ATCs all evening was “hmmmm.... interesting.” The real meaning of which even Benjamin understands by now.
